TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. CONTRACTS

Contracts are made between TPG Sports Events (TPG) and the Client on the terms and conditions set out hereunder. On receiving a signed booking form, TPG shall at the request and risk of the client enter into binding obligations with third parties in accordance with client’s instructions and this contract shall take effect on the terms and conditions set out hereafter.

2. PAYMENT & DEPOSITS

Once this booking form is signed and returned to TPG, a non-refundable payment of £250 deposit must be made within 7 days of the payment request. This is to ensure TPG can pay the golf club the deposit they need to secure the date. A further £250 must be paid 30 days before the date of the event. The remaining amount must be paid within 7 days after the conclusion of the event.

3. CANCELLATION

TPG and the Client may cancel the event if circumstances arise beyond our reasonable control. In such circumstances, we will endeavour to communicate to you in advance.

4. PHOTOGRAPHY AT EVENTS

Photographs may be taken which capture your participation. You agree to the publication of photographs and broadcasts of your image which accurately depict your participation in TPG Sports Events.

You agree that all photography and video filming taken during the event may be used for future advertising and marketing purposes. This may include publishing event pictures on the TPG Sports Events website and future marketing promotional material.

5. TEAM ENTRY

When entering a team into an event organised by TPG Sports Events you must follow the guidelines. You will not receive a refund if you decide to withdraw from the event within 48 hours of the event. If you withdraw within 7 days of the event you will receive a 50% refund. If you withdraw before 7 days before the event you will be entitled to a full refund.
